Orders can only be modified within 1 hour of placement and before the cryptocurrency payment is confirmed. After payment confirmation, modifications are not possible and you will need to place a new order.
Orders can be freely modified before the cryptocurrency payment is confirmed. This includes changing shipping address, quantities, and adding/removing items.
If your modification results in a price change, you will receive a new cryptocurrency payment address with the updated amount. The original payment address will be invalidated.
Once your cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on the blockchain, order modifications are not possible. You will need to place a new order for any changes.
