Once the cryptocurrency payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the order to arrive and then initiate a return. Refunds will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment.
If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original cryptocurrency wallet address. Please allow up to 24 hours for the blockchain transaction to be completed.
